Empire HIIT

Iron Strength

Intermediate-Advanced • 60 Minutes • Marcus Kamau

Barbell-based strength training focused on the big three: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Progressive overload programming to build maximum strength and muscle mass. Heavy iron, serious gains.

Warrior Boxing

Empire Bootcamp
